Exostosin-Like 3 (EXTL3) is a single-pass type II membrane protein that belongs to the Glycosyltransferase 47 family. EXTL3 is found in the endoplasmic reticulum. EXTL3 is involved in the biosynthesis of heparan sulfate proteoglycans and Glycan metabolism.
